Your Wellness Travel Guide
Thank you for joining me on this journey of healing—restoring your body and mind, tuning your spirit, or simply savoring the beautiful gift of life.
I was born in the USSR and moved to the United States in 1999, in my mid-twenties. I carried my cultural roots with me while gradually embracing my new home—with all its ups and downs. Over the years, I learned a new language, explored different career paths, and immersed myself in the roles of wife and stepmother. For more than 20 years, I lived between two countries and two families, sharing the joy and the burdens of both.
Along the way, life taught me many lessons—some hard-won, others painfully humbling. At times, I felt completely depleted, unsure of where to turn. I wished for guidance, a map, a hand to help me regroup and restore. But I was private, introverted, and sometimes too proud to ask for help. So my healing took time.
It began with self-help books and grew into deeper work: opening up to strangers, therapy and counseling (a cultural taboo I had to unlearn), and eventually realizing that my physical symptoms were often the echoes of emotional stress. Accepting help—especially medical—was one of the hardest parts.
Step by step, I arrived at a healthier, more grounded version of myself. One that’s ready to keep growing, to connect deeply—with others, with Source, and with the rhythms of life—all while living in the modern world with my family, my work, and yes, all the apps on my phone.
Here, I’m sharing the resources that have helped me—and others—along the journey. You’ll find wellness resorts and retreats I’ve personally experienced, ones my trusted friends recommend, and a few still on my bucket list. I also include books, meditations, inspiring life coaches, and intuitive guides who helped me rediscover my sense of direction.
Of course, your path is your own. You’ll still need to take the plunge, stay open-minded, and sort through what resonates with you and what’s most helpful for where you are right now in life.
Be brave—and may the Force be with you.
